What is Raven?
Raven is a service provided by the University Computing Service, and uses the front part of your email address (e.g. abc123) to identify you. As such the service is only available to people using the University of Cambridge network i.e. those with an '@cam.ac.uk' email address. To use the service you must enter a password that was given to you when the account was set up. What if I have forgotten my password? As long as you have access to your hermes mail account you can request a new password at the following website. More information about Raven can be found here. |
