CUJS Lent 2013

Shalom!

We are Mossy and Ben, your Jewish Society presidents for Easter term.

In these stress-filled eight weeks of saturated libraries and abandoned clubs, JSoc offers a perfect environment to chill out over a game of pool, talk some Talmud or kick back with a beer. With delicious Friday night dinner menus from around the world, cake and kvetch (with freshly ground coffee beans from the man at the market, and cakes from Grodzinski), film nights and a host of other super events from our wonderful chaplains, there is something going on every day at 3 Thompson's Lane.

On top of all this is have the tantalizing prospect of an interfaith event involving Rabbi Jonathan Wittenberg, Dr Atif Imtiaz and Baron Rowan Williams, a weekly ‘Dig for 3TL’ renovation of our gardens, cheesecake and learning galore for Shavuot, and last but undoubtedly not least, the (renowned) JSoc garden party in May Week.

Come for the food, enjoy the drink, stay for the company!

See you soon,

Ben and Mossy.
